Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Catering & Events by Chef Aryeh, our food is freshly prepared to order with care and attention to quality. Because our food products are perishable and prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns of food products.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our prepared foods, all food purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer refunds or credits for:

• Change of mind after an order has been prepared
• Incorrect quantities ordered by the customer
• Failure to pick up an order
• Food that has been removed from our recommended storage or handling conditions
• Personal taste preferences or dissatisfaction with a product that was prepared according to the order

Issues With Your Order

We want you to be happy with your experience. If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing item, incorrect item, damaged packaging, or a significant quality concern, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and, when applicable, photos of the item or packaging so that we can properly review the issue.

If we determine that an error or qualifying issue occurred, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Store Credit

When store credit is issued, it will be provided for the approved amount and may be used toward a future purchase from Royal Catering & Events by Chef Aryeh.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our orders are prepared specifically for the date and quantity requested, cancellation policies may vary depending on the type and size of the order and how far in advance the cancellation is requested.

Once an order has entered preparation or production, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

For catering and large event orders, please review any cancellation terms provided with your order confirmation or catering agreement.
